In this five-week course we will design and create a beautiful shelf, perfect for your individual home. 

The most important part of a sturdy and functioning shelf is the bracket that holds it to the wall. In this class we will learn how to create structure so we can fasten a shelf to an existing wall. We will talk about the angles that are needed to create the appropriate strength to hold just about anything. 

You will learn how to safely use a compound miter saw, table saw, handheld electric drill, and screwdriver, four of the most important tools in constructing just about anything. 

At the end of this class you will walk away with a beautiful piece, tailored to your individual style and ready to be installed in that perfect place in your home.
